• All plans and visualizations belong to the interior designer and may not be used without prior written consent.

1.2. Responsibility
• The execution of construction works and compliance with deadlines are the responsibility of the contractors.
• The interior designer is not liable for the outcome if the client or contractor deviates from the agreed plans or makes changes during execution.
• The choice of materials, fabrics, and furniture is the responsibility of the client. The interior designer is not responsible for the costs, delivery, or quality of goods, unless explicitly agreed with the suppliers.

1.3. Services of the Interior Designer
The interior designer is responsible for the project and provides, in particular:
• analysis of the client’s needs;
• sketches and initial design proposals;
• creation of a moodboard and assistance with material selection;
• recommendations for renovation and decoration materials;
• preparation of a technical plan for the contractor to avoid errors during renovation;
• development of up to three design options for the client to choose from (depending on the space and the search for an optimal solution);
• visualizations of the project to better present the future interior to the client.

1.4. Site Supervision (Author’s Supervision)
• Site supervision (author’s supervision) is considered an additional service and will be invoiced separately.
• The client may decline this service and monitor the works independently.
• Important: if the client declines site supervision, all risks of errors and shortcomings by contractors are fully borne by the client.
